How we work
North Texas Resilience Coaching focuses on simple and sustainable changes in movement, nutrition, and stress management.
We establish a strong foundation first, then progressively build capacity.
We work in phases: Reset->Rebuild->Resilience.
Everyone begins with a 6 week Reset, where we prioritize the most important habits first. Once those habits are manageable and consistent, we add the next layer.
The Reset and Rebuild phases includes four in person sessions with phone and text support between visits. The Resilience phase is one in person session a month focusing on progression of established habits.
